3.4 Employee Exclusion. Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of dk1947's operating entity, its technology partners, and its game suppliers are not permitted to hold a Player Account or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform.
Age Restriction Warning: Providing false date of birth information to circumvent the 21+ age requirement constitutes fraud. All accounts found to have been registered by underage individuals will be permanently closed and all funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited without recourse.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold one and only one Account on dk1947. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, CNIC numbers, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment instruments — is strictly prohibited. dk1947 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are confirmed, dk1947 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, forfeit all balances, and permanently ban the Player from the Platform.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and at all subsequent points when dk1947 requests updated information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your valid Pakistani mobile number, and your current residential address.
4.3 KYC Verification. dk1947 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of your Account's lifetime — including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or when account activity triggers an internal review. Requested documents may include a copy of your CNIC (front and back), a selfie with your CNIC, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by dk1947 may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.
4.4 Account Currency. All Accounts on dk1947 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). dk1947 does not maintain multi-currency wallets. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PKR.
4.5 Account Sharing. You may not share your Account with any other person or allow any third party to access or operate your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether by you or any unauthorised third party — remains your sole responsibility.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dk1947 login credentials, including your password and any SMS one-time passwords (OTPs) used for two-factor authentication. You must not disclose these credentials to any person under any circumstances.

dk1947 accepts PKR deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for each payment method are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice. Deposits must originate from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned less any applicable processing fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. dk1947 reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative method where the original method is unavailable. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete and current on your Account.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour of approval. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within 1–3 business hours during banking hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within approximately 10 minutes of approval on the TRON network. These timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed.
A minimum withdrawal threshold applies to all withdrawal requests. The applicable minimum is displayed in the cashier at the time of the withdrawal request. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the Player's Wallet.
dk1947 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps to withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds, are inconsistent with the Player's typical activity, or are flagged by dk1947's anti-money laundering systems. Such verification may include requests for source-of-funds documentation. Processing of the relevant withdrawal will be suspended pending satisfactory completion of the verification process.
Note: Bonus Funds and winnings generated solely from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Real Funds deposited into the Account are withdrawable at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold, provided no active bonus with a withdrawal restriction is attached to the Account.

The Wagering Requirement applicable to a specific bonus is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is triggered).
7.3 Not all games on dk1947 contribute equally toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. The contribution percentage for each game category is specified in the relevant bonus terms. 8.1 All bets placed on dk1947 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game or market, the specific game or market rules shall prevail.
8.2 dk1947 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, data feed error, software fault, or manifest pricing error has occurred. In such cases, the relevant stake will be returned to the Player's Wallet.
8.3 Bets accepted on dk1947's sportsbook are final once confirmed. In-play bets that have been confirmed and accepted prior to a decisive event in the relevant match are not subject to cancellation by the Player after confirmation.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude dk1947's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by dk1947's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.4 You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that you may lose funds deposited into your dk1947 Wallet. dk1947 accepts no responsibility for financial losses arising from gaming activity conducted on the Platform.
12.1 dk1947 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers deposit limits, session time controls, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools to all registered Players. These tools are accessible from the Account settings panel after login.
12.2 Players who wish to self-exclude from dk1947 may do so for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period. Players under self-exclusion may not create a new Account during the exclusion period.

13.3 Dormant Accounts. An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity). dk1947 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Account balances after appropriate written notice has been provided to the Account's registered contact details. The fee will not cause the Account balance to go below zero.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dk1947's operating entity is licensed. Players access the Platform subject to those governing laws, without regard to any conflict-of-law principles.
14.2 In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to contact dk1947's support team in the first instance to attempt informal resolution. dk1947 commits to acknowledging all formal dispute notifications within 5 business days.
14.3 Where informal resolution is not achievable, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral body specified by dk1947's operating licence. The language of arbitration shall be English.
14.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect rights that would otherwise suffer irreparable harm pending arbitration.
15.1 dk1947 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, dk1947 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, by notifying registered Players via the contact details on file.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment by contacting dk1947 support.
15.3 The version of these Terms currently published on this page supersedes all prior versions. The effective date displayed at the top of this page indicates the date from which the current version applies.
